They serve free breakfasts for all tastes with hottish eggs, scrambled eggs. All in all they offer friendly service. It's nice to have concierge service and wake up calls for free too.

I appreciated light breakfast, pleasant views.
The hotel was placed in the very central location in the city centre. The room was functional and contemporary, had good heating, a storage, and a balcony. The daily service was great. I didn't want to say goodbye and would return anytime.

The room was nice modern with jacuzzi and TV, as for instance, booked it for US$ 346. We truly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was nice hot and light for vegetarians...

Brand-new extremely pleasant rooms with fantastic views over the park, and a balcony and nice wooden floor. Incredible and magnificent location - walk from an underground station. Easy to find, walk from a palace and a Royal palace.

Great value, the place is lovely base for walking around. The breakfast is light, the room is well-appointed and brand-new with bathrobe en a great kingsize bed where u sleep as a baby after circeling around in the centre off the town. No complains at all and would stay here again.

The location is marvellous and decent, 1 km from a grand boulevard. The staff are consistently courteous, they keep the place clean.

Breakfast was light and savoury, I loved almost everything.
The location of the hotel was particularly good and ideal - just a pleasant stroll away from a vast pedestrianized public square. The room was nicely updated, had reasonably large bathroom and great views to enjoy. Everything met the criteria, I would like to stay longer.

Unbeatable and amazing location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes.

The restaurant here was good with again great staff among them Juan who were attentive, we both ordered fresh dishes. The location was great and decent, not very far from a famed street.

We were given an economy room on the higher floors upon arrival. The location was magnificent - just 5 minutes' walk from a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace. Also it was walking distance to a cathedral and a palace.

the property was well priced and lovely small with amicable staff on the reception desk. in overall the room was newly remodelled and reasonably large and with hot tub. the location of this hotel just next door to transport, and other great madrid sights was marvellous. i stayed here for a trip and would stay here again.

We loved the breakfast at Hotel Opera - lots of choice and plentiful. The location was excellent, near all the major attractions and shopping areas. The staff were lovely and helpful, making us feel welcome. It was a family hotel, which added to the cozy atmosphere. We would definitely return.
Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.
